You are joking, right.  Please tell us it's all a joke on us!
I've worked with both....MS SQL first, and now I've moved UP to Oracle.  Trust me,

Microsoft has a long way to go buddy, much further than their attempt to "catch up" with SQL Srvr 7. Wasn't even what I would call a noble attempt.
