Mr. Gates may look well positioned, but Mr. Gates has DOJ breathing down
his neck. What we may have to deal with in the next millenium are several
"Baby Bills", which will not be able to bundle apps with OS and/or use
predatory pricing to drive competitors out of the marketplace. I somehow
suspect that "Baby Bills" will not be as formidable competitor as Microsoft.
I am looking forward to that.
