How to restore old full backup when more than one backup on tape

Hi all,

Given the following scenario :

Day 1 : full backup of database to tape Day 2 : full backup of database to same tape

Both have the same backup-tag, only different timestamps/backup-set name.

How do I restore the backup of day 1 ? Can I specify the backup-set name to restore in rman somehow ?
