I think we need a little more information to help, but check the following:

Check sys.dba_users to see if anyone besides sys was assigned this tablespace as their temporary tablespace in error.

Check that your rollback segments, other than the system rollback segment, were not built in the system tablespace.

Do you have auditing set on? Auditing can generate a lot of data and sys.aud$ can grow very large very quick.

What object shows in sys.dba_extents as using all the space?
