Software vendors tell us often that we could use a 'runtime' version of Oracle
to run their application instead of using a full license of Oracle Enterprise
server. The price difference between both version is huge.
Is there somebody who could tell me where I could find the difference between
both versions of Oracle. What are the limitations of the 'runtime' version ??
