I don't think that Oracle support for NT is going to end anytime soon. Remember that Oracle develops on Sun first then ports to everything else. I bet in a couple of weeks you will be able to get it on NT. Not every platform ships at the same time. It seems that Sun,HP,AIX,and Intel NT come out very close to one another.
