Oracle 8.0/Personal Oracale Compatabiltiy

I am developing an application for Oracle 8.0.  But for demonstrations,
it might be easier to use Win95, and therefore Personal Oracle 8.0.  Are
they very compatible?  If I design a front end for Oracle, will it run
the P.O. 8.0 database ok?
