enterprisemanager for linux

Hello everybody out there,

I m searching the net for something like the enterprise manager from Oracle but for Linux. But I wasn t very successful until now. Does anyone know something like that? The Tools for the console are very great, but I am lazy ...

Also it would be great if someone would know a really good free SQL-Query Tool for Linux, with which I could also connect to a Oracle database.
