Help!!! WAS 3.0.1.0 problem !!

Above is the error caught in the Java Console from Netscape 4.5

Installed everything in the proper order..

1. made sure could tnsping the DB instance..
2. Installed the OAS 3.0.1.0.0 c.installed the Developer 2000 server v1.6
3. Applied the f45gen32.exe patch
4. Installed the Forms Server 4.5
5. Ran Adadmin.exe & compiled the NCA 10.7 forms
6. Configured the Forms Cartridge Handler Parameters using the same from step f.
7. Edited the Sample-d.htm file.

Then owsctl wrb

                        admin
                        tec1 ( Cartridge Listner)

Then I ran Appscert.bat at the client station.. This is from JDK 1.1.5..

When I run the Appletviewer with the following switches the Applet initializes but nothing happens & just hangs..no error messages..

appletviewer.exe -J-Djava.compiler=symcjit http://..../sample-d.htm

BTW, the file ...$Validater.class file exists..

I am wit's end..

Any advice appreciated..
