Did you create tablespaces that were in previous database ? It is important step before you import export file from db run on other OS, because datafile names like '/dev/xyz' or '/u0n/oradata/xyz/ts_sth.dbf' will not be suitable. Also create at least one non-system rollback segment and alter it to be on-line.

BTW, may I see parameters of import and last lines produced by import program ?
Another thing - might you verify what import have done in db (for example, created rollback segments, users, roles and so on...) ?
