Re: Moving datafiles to mapped drive on NT

I'm no NT expert (I work mainly on Unix), but I think your mapped drives are actually mapped when you log in. Since Oracle runs as a service (e.g. starts when NT boots), the mapped drive is not accessible to Oracle...
