Config OAS 4.0 on NT to use ActiveState Perl

I am running NT 4.0 and installed the latest ActiveWare Perl release.

I have a few Perl scripts that I would like to put in a cgi-bin directory and run. I am unsure of how to setup the HTTP Listener ( SpyGlass HTTP server). Do I have to manually create directives to run the perl interpreter? I _donot_ want to use the Perl Cartride.
