Hi Mike,

It IS %ORACLE_HOME%\bin\lsnrctl. If you didn't make a typo in your command and it didn't work then, it looks like you have a faulty sqlnet installatation on that server. The only alternative is starting the corresponding NT service by starting the OraTnsListener service in control. Afaik this calls lnsrctl, so this probably doesn't work too.
