First, you modify parameter file(maybe init.ora) which contains
" rollback_segments=(r01,r02,r03,r40...)" statement.
You delete the corrupted rollback segment name(e.g r03) in the lists.
Second, you shutdown your database.


Third, you startup your database file using modified  parameter file.
Fourth, you create a new rollback segment in the tablespace.
