Hi Ravi

You can try this.

Step 1. Search for login.sql script (Usuall it will be in Oracle_home\dbs)

Step 2. Edit the script by changing Numwidth from 9 to 12 and save it.

Step 3. Login as System/manager (Password)

Step 4. Run the script.

I think it will solve your problem.
