SP4 on NT4 - Oracle fixes ?

Last week I mentioned some serious problems when using the Oracle backup manager/LSM. This turned out to be caused by SP4 on NT (Thanks for the tip Ted Chyn!). When testing on a SP3 server, everything worked fine. On a SP4 server the backup manager doesn't work anymore (when trying to schedule a backup (immediate or somewhere in the future), the application responds with the error message 'Server threw an exception'.

When can we expect to see this fixed ? (either by Oracle or Microsoft)
