I found the most useful thing to do was to set up an NT machine and buy the
Oracle 8 enterprise edition CD for $5.00. You can install Oracle, create a
database, run enterprise manager against it and try things out to your
heart's content. Anytime you're reading about something and you wonder what
would hapen if... you can just go try it and find out.
