Help!

Hi,

I am a sybase DBA. But now I have work on a oracle server. I need help for the following:

1. I need to extract data in ASCII format. Is ther anything similar to BCP. Presently I am using UTL_DIR utility and this utility allows me to extract data only on the server directory. Can I do otherwise, like get it on my local machine.
2. I have put auto extend ON on the tablespaces. Is there a way to find out what tablespaces have auto extend on and the max size.
