Try this..

Stop the oracleagent service.
Go to the %ORACLE_HOME%\network\agent\admin directory (i think) Delete all the .q files and delete the services.ora file

Then restart the oracleagent service.
The agent will rediscover all the databases on your server and create a new services.ora file
This should work with 7.3.3 - 7.3.4 on NT. Note that if you delete your .q files you will lose all jobs registered with the agent.
Its maybe worth just deleting the services.ora file on its own first.
