NLS Configuration Utility

Hi,

I was looking at ORACLE documentation that referred to a NLS Configuration Utility that allows the user to modify the character mappings between one characterset and another.

I am running ORACLE 7.3.4 on NT and I do not seem to have it.

The documentation seems to refer to an executable by the name of "LXBCNF". Has anybody heard of this, or know where it is?

Thanks,
