Help: Cannot startup OracleServiceORCL???

After installed Oracle Server 7.3.4 NT4.0 SP3 with the starter database,



I tried to start up the OracleServiceORCL.  It returned the following
error message :



C:\>net start OracleServiceORCL


The OracleServiceORCL service is starting.
The OracleServiceORCL service could not be started.



A system error has occurred.


System error 126 has occurred.


The specified module could not be found.



The Oracle server is installed on a NTFS disk and user SYSTEM
has full control of the whole drive.
