Why in the world would you like to do that? Triggers are invoked immediately before commit and are supposed to be a control mechanism that implements complex business logic and aborts invalid transactions. It is explictly said in the holly book (Applications Developers Guide) that you cannot do commit or rollback in trigers (Gospel by Larry).
