You probably have a 'flat' sqlnet setup, both tns servicesnames are db_name.world.
You need to setup a hierarchical network , with servicenames like this orcl.fs.klm.nl
orcl.ad.klm.nl, orcl being the database name As these two identical databases are in different domains, they will be distinguished by Oracle from each other. The only other solution is rename one of the two databases.
