raw and long raw

hi,

currently, i have some attachment that need to be attach to a table. i understand that in oracle, only one long raw is allow per table. anyway, i have decided to adopt this.

my question is, how is the link between this attachment and the long raw field that i have created in this table. how can i insert the attaxhment to this colunm? what is the syntax to doing the retrieving?
