HELP: Oracle 7.3.4 shutdown on NT reboots machine

We are currently having problems shutting down Oracle (7.3.4) on NT.
Oracle shuts down fine but causes the machine to reboot.



Any ideas anyone.



It use to work fine. We can't find any system changes the happend at the
same time.
