I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND U'R QUESTION.
BUT WITH MY UNDERSTANDING I CAN ANSWER THIS LIKE
WHEN U DO NEW INSERT THE VALUE WILL BE STORED IN THE DATA BLOCK OF TABLE.
BUT CORRESPONDING TO THAT ROW A NUL WILL BE INSERTED IN THE ROLLBACK SEGMENT
BLOCK.
IF IT IS NOT FINDING ANY SPACE IN ROLLBACK SEGMENT TO STORE THIS(null) ORACLE
CANOT INSERT VALUES INTO THE TABLE EVENTHOUGH IT IS HAVING SPACE IN IT
(table).FOR MORE CLARRIFICATION PLEASE SEND A MAIL TO ME
