Database Recovery

Hi,


I've come up with some backup and recovery procedures.  Is there any way to
practice (or demonstrate) recovery scenarios (tablespace, online redo log,
archived redo log, or control file recovery) in such a way that the risk of
screwing up a perfectly functional database is minimized?
