You can have multiple instances on NT also. Assume EFGH is 2nd instance....
1) Copy initABCD.ora to initEFGH.ora and modify accordingly (i.e., SID, file names)

2)  Create services for instance EFGH with       oradim80 command 
3)  Create database and objects
4)  Modify listener.ora to include EFGH      instance.
5)  Update tnsnames.ora
