!!Not true!!. Oracle7 Workgroup Server DOES come with what was formerly call the distributed option. You can create database links, perform distributed queries and two phase commits and do read only snapshot replication.

It does not come with what used to be called the Advanced Replication Option, which allows multi-master, update anywhere replication.
