A US MNC, principal, one of the top 4 hardware vendors, is seeking candidates for

SYSTEMS ENGINEER ( ORACLE DBA / UNIX SYSTEMS ADMIN) Responsibilities :

Responsible for technical support (systems & database administration) of the development and test servers.
Provide Unix Systems Consultancy and assistance.

Pre-requisites :

A degree in Computer-related degree or its equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration installing and configuring Unix (AIX, SUN or HP-UX) in an end-user environment.
Very strong technical skills in Unix systems level knowledge - kernel concepts, performance tuning, shell programming, etc.
Knowledge of file management software such as Veritas or Soltice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
