I'm surpised at some of the tables in your list -- not to say it won't work but a few might not be needed (and a few others might be). My experience is 7.0/7.5 however.

I've exported the following tables and re-imported them to retain operator security (password and base access rights). As someone else pointed out, there are other tables that may contain security info (query security trees for example).

	PSOPRCLS
	PSOPRDEFN
	PSOPROBJ
	PSAUTHPRCS
	PSAUTHSIGNON
	PSAUTHITEM
	PSPRCSPRFL
	PSACCESSPRFL <- somewhat optional
	PS_SCRTY_QUERY

Always make a backup of course. You may want to take the run control tables too if your OPRID's are all different, however that is *alot* of tables to find.
