WAS 3.0.1 with IIS v3 on NT - performance?

Anyone out there using Oracle's Web Application Server 3.0.1 on NT with IIS v3 set up as the web listener?

I'm wondering what benefits (performance, stablity) you've found using IIS over the "optimized" Spyglass listener that is and bundled with WAS.

Also, I need to know how I can re-subscribe to the webcys list and where to find the archives.
