Missing file for administration toolbar: SDNS.ORA

Schema Manager and others are refusing to load; background check show the
system (Win 95b, Ora for Win95/Enterprise) trying to open sdns.ora , not
finding it.



Any suggestions? Should this be here, what would install it?
