Hi,
I'm migrating data from a FoxPro DBF file to Oracle. I'm using an application that I've got in Oracle's web site. It's ODBC Oraclizer (odbc2ora.exe)

I'm having a problem: there is a text field in the database that has 8 caractere lenght. When I use the tool (odbc2ora), after configuring everything correct, the tool imports the table to Oracle, but something strange happen. The field with 8 carac lenght is imported just 5 caracteres. Example:
I have this data in original DBF file:
"BANANA"
"ORANGE"
"APPLE"
"GRAPEFRU"

the Oracle table is created with this data:
"BANAN "
"ORANG "
"APPLE "
"GRAPE "
Does anybody knows something about it?? PLEASE HELP!! Thanks a lot!
