QUESTIONS TO ASK DBA

Hello folks, We are going to hire DBAs to start next week. Our plan is to give them a written test followied by an interview with a techie. I am searching for questions to ask them in the written test. The DBA also needs to know how to come up with Data Model from the Object Model and also need to know how to write stored procs. Can you help us with a list of questions and answers to them.
