HELP! mig80 and authentication

Hi everyone,
I have installed oracle 8.04 for NT over an existing 7.3.3.0 installation. I want to migrate the database to version 8 with the mig80 utility.
- Using user manager I have created the local groups ORA_DBA and
ORA_ORCL_rolename and included in that groups my administrator account.
- Using svrmgr23 I created an externally identified role and assigned to it
dba, connect, resource privileges (with admin option)
- I edited initorcl.ora and set remote_password_file = none and
os_roles=true
- I edited sqlnet.ora to add sqlnet.authentication_services = (nts)

When I run mig80 I receive an "insufficient privileges" message !! What can I do ??
