ORA-06413 error on Windows 95 Clients with SQLNet 2.3.4

Hi all,

when I try to connect with SQLPlus the following error occured:

ORA-06413 Connection not open

(With NT 4.0 Clients the connection is succesful)

The only errordescription about this error I found is related to SQLNet 8. (The concerned clients has never before a SQLNet 8 installed on it)

Has anybody a solution for this problem?

Server: Pentium II 233 MHz 256 KB RAM with Windows NT 4.0 Workstation and ORACLE Workgroupserver 7.3.4

Client: Windows 95b/98 with SQLNet 2.3.4 (using TCP/IP) on different machines
