Error 2012 with ctxctl80 on NT

Hi,
I want to start a Oracle Context server with CTXCTL80.EXE (Windows NT 4.0 & Oracle 8.0.4) start 1
and receive error 2012.
The Context Service is running.

What is the reason for this error ?
