ORA-12500 TNS: listener failed to start a dedicated server process

What is the cause of this error and how can I resolve? The connection worked
fine 2 days ago. Only 2-3 users connected to Oracle.




Net8 on Win95


Oracle 8.0.4 on NT 4 server
