URGENT:Help for recreate CTRL-File with damaged DATAFILE needed

Dear experts,
could anybody help me to get database started (in order to do "DROP TABLESPACE RBS;"
= drop RB-tablespace
immediatly after starting)
in situation , when:
1. The single datafile form tablespace RBS has been overriden from ANOTHER DATABASE, so I become
error message when trying to recreate controlfiles with this file included.
2. and there are no good controlfiles.
3. The data in this tablespace is not of interest, there were only to rollback segs in it.
?

I need some parameter in INIT<sid>.ora in order to :
- recreate controlfiles without this Datafile (it works but I get
trouble while starting DB after that)
- and then to start DB (at the moment if the File has not been
incklusded
into CREATE CONTROLFILE... I get internal error while opening DB)
