Personal Oracle 8 on an NT server.

Anyone have experience with installing and running Personal Oracle 8 on an NT Server ?
Can more than 1 user connect via sqlnet (Net8) ? How is the performance? Was told by Oracle that it would run poorly but I would not be surprised if it is the same kernel as the Workgroup version.
