You should not use Oracle on your file server. It is better to use a
separate database server.
I would prefer an NT-Server (it is very stable) and I had very bad
experiences with a previuos bundle of Novell and Oracle (Novell 3.12 -->
many crashes and so on, No support, because Oracle said that was a
Novell-Product (because f that bundle) ). But probabely it is easier for you
to include an additional Novell-Server than a NT-Server.
