RECOVER AN INSTANCE OF ORACLE 805 ON NT40

hi everybody,



I have re-installed oracle 805 after reformat my hard drive.
I also have a backup of all the file related to an oracle instance that
was active before the I reformat my harddrive
and rid of previous installation of Oracle.
Question: how do I to recover that instance?
Please give me some help here because I have tried so hard to recreate
the instance with all


backup database files (complete)
