How to set MTS ?

Hello,

We are using Oracle 8.0.3 on Netware 4.11 and it's working fine, but We can't set the database for MTS.

When we configure to MTS with TCP/IP, the database doesn't mount. With SPX, the database mount, but alert.log register errors.

Settings:

Does anybody knows what's wrong?
