Urgent: Automatic Mailing

Hi All,

I want to write a procedure which can automate mailing to different customers. Their email addresses will be stored in the database and the results can be mailed directly after calculating in the procedure or text files can be generated. Can any one help me in creating such a procedure which can automate a mailing list....
