IDLE-TIME=0 REPEAT !!! MOST URGENT!!!

Hi ,

i reduced job_interval from 10 sec to 50 sec 6 hrs back. now i observe same problem idle_time=0
with FFLUSH TAKING ALL THE RESOURCES.
SNP processes not the culprit this time. The situation remains for more than 15 minutes.

ANY HELP WILL BE APRECIATED. /* just to repeat, I am using oracle 7.3.2 on UNIX in mult-master configuration with 2 other oracle 7.3.2 servers on NT, with refresh interval of 1minute, and snp process=4 and job_interval was 10 sec before with shared_ppol as 50 MB In past 3 times SNP processed hogged CPU. */
