Solaris 7 & OWAS 3.0.2

I've upgraded Solaris 2.6 to Solaris 7. Database (7.3.4) goes up fine but OWAS gives me an "Cannot assign name to lock file" error, after successfully writing into a .pid file.

Will there be any patch for this or smth?
