Re: SNP PROCESSES!!! HELP NEEDED!!!!!

All links are present, yet according to the trace file the replication packages are unable to connect to mgmt2.world, because of sqlnet problems. You probably tested the links, yet you may want to make sure the definition of mgmt2.world is in the tnsnames.ora ON THE SERVER. I made that mistake once, and it took me weeks to isolate why the link didn't work. As this is a sqlnet problem the only other reason is the remote database is down.

Dumping the error message probably takes some time, which may explain for the cpu_time=0.
Also (as I tried to point out in my previous post, don't know whether you got that one), the job_queue_interval should be increased.
