As far as I know, Oracle has been testing their servers with Solaris 7 (or 2.7). If you check their certification matrix, you will see that 7.3.4 is certified for 2.6 but not 2.7 (or 7). But I know some people are using Oracle 7.3.3.0.2 with Solaris 2.7 (32 bit) with no problem. I don't know the the compatibility for the 64 bit version of Solaris 2.7 and Oracle 7.3.4 - should call Oracle for this.
