Personal Oracle8 vs. Oracle8 Workgroup Server

Hi,



I am thinking of purchasing Personal Oracle8 for NT so that I can do
some PL/SQL development and experiment with getting Visual Basic and
Oracle to work together. I would also like to learn a bit about the
Oracle administration tools.



Would Personal Oracle8 allow me to do all of the above, or is it lacking
some of the tools that would be available on the Workgroup Server?
